Realm in partnership with GNF Properties is currently developing a new office/retail building near the Prairie Lakes development in Sun Prairie, WI.  Located right near Cabelas and Costco, the site provides a great opportunity for small office and retail users.  The building is scheduled to open in the summer of 2018.

Realm in partnership with Home Again Living and the Village of Cambridge is creating a High Quality Senior Housing Development as the first phase in the redevelopment of an abandoned factory site.  Since being selected by the Village through an RFP process, Realm has begun the transformation of the once blighted site in the heart of the community and along Koskonong Creek.  The development team successfully overcame the many challenges the old factory site presented.  The 40 unit assisted living facility which includes a 10-unit dedicated Memory Care center is scheduled to open in August of 2015.
